We are a couple seeking a long-term rental in order for James to start a Digital Arts bachelor at Howest University, while Ismini is finishing her Master's in Astronomy and plans to work in data analysis or environmental protection. We have lived together for the past 5 years, including a year in Amsterdam, and are currently financially supported by our parents, ensuring stability and reliability as tenants. We are well organized and studious people, therefore, we maintain a clean and orderly home, upholding the utmost respect for our living space.
